- The shearing machine warranty period is 2 years and shear blades warranty period is 1 year, will run since bill of lading date,if the accessories appear damaged during the warranty period, except for damage caused by improper human handling, we can replace them for the buyer for free.
- For Installation & Commissioning engineer go oversea, the customer needs pay for visa apply charges, a round-trip ticket for plane,100USD per day for the engineer's business travel allowance from he takes the plane until he takes plane back, and cover the local accommodations.
